I hate that I'm bringing this to you late, but this 2100 square foot Garden District jewel box situated on Philip Street went on the market, and immediately under contract, while we were out of town last week. It's such a gem, I couldn't help but share. Listed for $748,000, it will be interesting to see how much it sold for in this dauntingly competitive market. I'll report back after it closes...
