This beautiful Michael Carbine renovation just went under contract this month.  Located just off the corner of beautiful Newcomb Blvd. and St. Charles Ave. steps from Audubon Park, the location almost upstages the home.  But then it doesn't.  The renovation is perfection and the impeccable taste of the owner makes it one of my favorite homes on the market this year.
